Description
Form Health is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Product to build and operate its Product organization from the ground up. The role owns the Product Operations roadmap, end-to-end cross-functional program delivery, AI-forward development tooling, product operating models, data-driven prioritization, risk management, and executive reporting. It requires at least five years of progressive experience in program or project management, product operations, or a related discipline in a fast-paced software or digital health environment, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. The position offers a base annual salary of $140,000–$165,000 USD, equity, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) program, flexible schedules, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
