The role manages program status, Earned Value Management System reporting, financial performance, milestones, change orders, quality, risk, and negotiations, while mentoring less experienced program managers. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of relevant experience or training, and aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience; PMP certification is preferred.
