IFS is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs across its Copperleaf portfolio within Engineering and R&D. The role translates product strategy into executable features, coordinates delivery across operating cells and functions, manages release risks and trade-offs, supports customer engagement and early access programs, and helps adopt the Agentic Operating Model and AI tools. It reports to the Senior Director, AI Engineering & Transformation, offers $134,000 to $160,000 CAD annually plus a variable bonus, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
