JDC Israel is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join the founding team of the Government Innovation Hub, a partnership between the Ministry of Finance, the Prime Minister’s Office, and JDC Tevet. The role leads strategic government innovation initiatives, develops methodologies and tools for embedding innovation in the public sector, supports complex change processes, and builds the professional infrastructure of the national innovation hub. Candidates need at least five years of government experience, proven partnership and change-management experience, and strong systems-thinking and strategic capabilities. The position is full-time and hybrid, with three days per week at the Innovation Hub offices in the Gav-Yam complex in Jerusalem and at the JDC offices in Jerusalem as needed.
