Description
Kepler Communications is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical satellite systems from concept through on-orbit validation. The role manages program scope, schedule, cost, risk, milestones, and performance metrics; coordinates engineering, operations, and business development teams; serves as the primary interface with hosted payload customers and subcontractors; and may contribute to proposals, satellite commissioning, and on-orbit operations. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries, including four years in program management, along with a technical degree and experience across satellite development, integrated master scheduling, earned value management, Agile practices, and cross-functional leadership. The position offers CAD compensation of $131,911–$181,911 plus equity and other benefits.
