The role owns development plans, timelines, budgets, risks, governance reporting, stakeholder communication, and execution of small-molecule drug development activities from discovery through registration and life-cycle management. Candidates need at least 8 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, including 4 years in program management, along with advanced scientific knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and project-management expertise. The anticipated base salary is $195,000–$330,000, with bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
