Senior Program Manager at Lux Aeterna

Lux Aeterna is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own the integrated plan, schedule, critical path, risk, change control, reporting, customer relationship, and contract deliverables for a government flight mission and related programs. The role partners with leadership, engineering, and operations teams on a reusable spacecraft, manages cross-functional execution across multiple program phases, and helps establish reusable program-management workflows. It is based in Denver, Colorado, requires onsite work five days per week, includes travel, and is contingent on a pending government contract award. The position requires a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of aerospace or high-stakes hardware program experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
