The role involves overseeing and managing key aerospace engineering programs, leading complex initiatives from initiation to completion, and ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary customer contact, develop and execute program plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
