Magna is hiring a Program Manager to lead automotive exterior programs from order receipt through steady-state production. The role manages program implementation, APQP and launch readiness, risk and resource planning, customer requirements, cross-functional coordination, pre-production and ramp-up builds, continuous improvement, and project documentation. It requires a post-secondary engineering degree or strong technical background, at least five years of related experience, preferably in automotive program management, and injection-molding and production operational experience. The position offers a regular permanent schedule and compensation of $100,000–$130,000.
