TAPFIN is hiring a Senior Program Manager to oversee the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for an assigned client with multiple locations or functions. The role manages subvendor and supplier programs, requisition and job-placement processes, contract negotiations, staffing operations, client relationships, performance reviews, benchmarking, and staff recruitment and development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant vendor-management, general-management, or account-management experience, and three years of supervisory experience. The salary range is $75,000 to $125,000.
