Description
Maytronics is seeking a senior program leader to own end-to-end program execution and product-launch orchestration across R&D, Operations, and Business functions. The role manages and develops a team of Program Managers, governs a portfolio of cross-functional hardware, software, IoT, application, and cloud programs, establishes product-lifecycle and stage-gate processes, leads executive steering committees, and integrates margin, cost, and business trade-offs into program decisions. Candidates need at least five years of experience in program management, product development, or operations, plus two years leading Program Managers and experience with complex global programs and new-product introductions.
