Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead and monitor large, complex hospital-wide transformation programs, coordinating functional workstream leads, vendor project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. The role covers program planning and governance, risk and issue management, resource and budget coordination, KPI-based performance reporting, escalation, continuous improvement, and leadership of project managers within a transformation PMO. Candidates should have strong project and program management experience, preferably in large organizations and IT or agile development environments, with familiarity with Jira and Confluence and preferably PMP certification.
