Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 15 years of relevant experience, knowledge of government contracting and program management, and the ability to obtain a security clearance if required. The position offers $68.14–$109.02 hourly depending on experience, full-time employment, and medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits.
