The role manages program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, delivery readiness, deployment validation, and outcome tracking while coaching project teams. Applicants must reside in and work from one of the listed states, with occasional travel to the Seattle headquarters, and must have at least eight years of project or program management experience. Compensation ranges from $113,879 to $215,063 depending on location, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
