Saab, Inc. is hiring a Senior Program Manager to manage profitable surveillance programs in its Product Segment. The role owns program cost, schedule, and technical performance; manages budgets, milestones, risks, proposals, personnel recommendations, and cross-functional execution; and develops customer and prime relationships. It is based in East Syracuse, New York, with international and domestic travel of up to 10% and evening flexibility. The position requires a relevant degree and 8–12+ years of experience, multi-million-dollar agreement negotiation experience, and advanced program-management knowledge. Compensation is $132,000–$171,600, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
