Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of advanced data center portfolios from master planning through final turnover, coordinating engineering firms, general contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams. The role oversees construction progress, schedules, risks, budgets, change orders, safety, client reporting, and portfolio handoff to operations, while also mentoring direct reports and contributing to continuous improvement. The position reports to the Director of Construction and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience, at least four years of project management experience, and data center development or construction experience; substation design experience is preferred.
