Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of advanced data center portfolios from concept through final turnover, coordinating engineering firms, general contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams. The role oversees master planning, construction execution, schedule recovery, safety, budget management, change orders, executive reporting, and client relationships, while also mentoring direct reports and contributing to continuous improvement. The position reports to the Director of Construction and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience, at least four years of project management experience, and data center development or construction experience; substation design experience is preferred.
