Teledyne Technologies is hiring a Program Manager to lead mission-critical microwave and RF programs for aerospace, defense, and communications applications. The role manages programs from initiation through delivery, coordinates engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts, develops budgets and risk assessments, supports technical testing and qualification, cultivates new business, and prepares forecasts and recovery plans. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or physics disciplines, 2–5 years of military or aerospace program experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office and MS Project proficiency, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. The listed salary range is $113,600 to $151,400.
