ValidaTek is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee a complex federal program supporting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The role will manage program execution, governance, performance, stakeholder engagement, PMO operations, Agile delivery, risk management, and compliance with federal standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressive program and project management experience, at least 5 years managing large-scale federal programs, a Public Trust or higher clearance, and PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
