Description
The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary leader for a Department of Justice program operating under a Blanket Purchase Agreement and associated BPA Calls. The role owns program delivery, staffing, quality assurance, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, Government communications, risk management, compliance, and Agile program activities, while supporting digital modernization through Microsoft technologies. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years managing large-scale Federal IT programs and projects, at least 10 years leading Federal IT projects, PMP certification, and extensive BPA and Agile experience.
