Description
The Senior Program Manager oversees complex technical and production programs, including product development, transition to production, production sustainment, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, supplier and subcontractor coordination, and business development. The role may supervise or mentor program managers and associate program managers, requires regular on-site attendance and up to 20% domestic and international travel, and requires access to U.S. government-controlled technology. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or a business bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience leading highly technical projects, is required.
