Description
Willdan is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead new construction energy efficiency programs with operating budgets of $2 million or more. The role combines technical knowledge, independent judgment, and disciplined execution to set program priorities, solve complex operational and technical problems, manage budgets and resources, ensure utility and contractual compliance, improve processes, build client relationships, lead and mentor program staff, prepare performance reports, and support contract continuations. Candidates should have energy efficiency, strategic planning, program or project management, team leadership, analytical judgment, communication, and relevant industry experience, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
