Description
zerohash is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders. The role owns program governance, multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, reporting dashboards, and strategic internal and customer implementation programs, while coordinating with the Implementation Manager and building automated AI reporting and program-management frameworks. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of dedicated program-management experience, strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, Jira and Atlassian expertise, and familiarity with trading products, tokenization, digital assets, wallets, custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off-ramp, identity, and compliance integrations.
