Description
Kearfott Corporation is hiring a Senior Program Manager in New Jersey to lead complex development and IRAD programs across engineering, operations, finance, business development, and leadership. The role owns program planning, execution, risk and performance management, customer interface responsibilities, cross-functional coordination, and support for proposals and growth initiatives. The position requires at least eight years of program management experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong stakeholder and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and preference for aerospace/defense or other highly regulated technical product development experience. Compensation is $150,000 to $190,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).
