CATHEXIS is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a significant portion of its project portfolio, including government contracts for the US Census Bureau. The role combines program and project management, financial oversight, risk management, customer and business development, strategic planning, and leadership of Project Managers and large teams. Candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, 8 years of personnel management experience, 8 years in federal government contracting, and experience with Census; a bachelor’s degree and active Public Trust or US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust are required. The annual salary range is $175,000–$225,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
