Amazon is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex, cross-functional programs within its Control Tower team. The role focuses on automation initiatives, structural fixes, roadmap development, stakeholder management, program reviews, process improvements, and communication strategies. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. Two or more years of process-improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
