Description
The Senior Program Manager for Cloud Operations connects scrum, application, security, compliance, and infrastructure teams while owning the continuous improvement agenda for cloud operations. The role defines prioritized roadmaps, resolves cross-functional conflicts, leads process and automation improvements, establishes observability and operational metrics, manages program governance and stakeholder alignment, and reports outcomes to leadership. It requires at least seven years of program or project management experience, including three years managing complex cross-functional technology programs, along with cloud, Agile/Scrum, ITSM, and stakeholder-influence experience.
