Microsoft is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Content Provenance Standards to lead engagement with the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity and related standards, consortia, and ecosystem initiatives. The role develops Microsoft’s positions on content provenance, authenticity, digital identity, trust models, and interoperability; translates technical, regulatory, and market developments into strategies and recommendations; manages cross-functional initiatives; advises engineering and product teams; and represents Microsoft in external engagements. The position is based in Redmond, reports to the Corporate Standards Group, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in program management, standards development, technology policy, cybersecurity, trust and safety, digital identity, AI governance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
