Description
HDR is hiring a Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical and non-technical complexity. The role advises clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community matters; plans, directs, monitors, and governs program execution across disciplines such as construction management, cost control, permitting, engineering, procurement, risk management, and sustainability; manages HDR and subconsultant teams; ensures contract compliance and financial performance; and supports client relationships, business development, and staff mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and substantial program management experience, with preferred qualifications including engineering or construction management education, professional licenses, PMP or PgMP certification, and experience with large transportation, water, or resources infrastructure programs.
