Majesco is hiring a Senior Program Manager / Director, Services to lead end-to-end execution of complex, concurrent SaaS delivery programs for insurance and pension & retirement clients. The role owns timelines, margins, quality, production stability, financial governance, client alignment, and delivery leadership, with a preference for life, health, annuity, and group benefits expertise. Candidates need at least 10 years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions, large-scale transformation experience, insurance operations knowledge, and familiarity with Agile, NetSuite, and Jira. The position is remote in the United States and offers an annual base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 plus benefits.
