Voya is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic planning, governance, execution, and delivery of a large enterprise cloud migration and data center exit program involving approximately 400 applications. The role partners with technology executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage migration workstreams, remediation, security, infrastructure, DevSecOps, testing, cutover, operational transition, and post-migration support. Candidates must reside near a Voya office in Windsor, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts; or the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area and participate in a remote or hybrid arrangement. The position offers an annual base salary of $114,480 to $170,070 USD plus incentive opportunities and benefits.
