Description
Harvard Business Publishing is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to lead and mature its enterprise-wide risk program. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, the role will develop risk frameworks, assess strategic and emerging risks, integrate risk into business planning and forecasting, produce executive and board reporting, strengthen risk culture and governance, and support crisis management and business continuity. The position requires at least seven years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, legal, or a related field, along with strong analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The annualized pay range is $130,000 to $170,000, with additional performance-based variable pay.
