GitLab is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Enterprise Technology organization to lead complex, cross-functional technology and AI programs. The role owns program planning, roadmaps, resource allocation, delivery tracking, risk management, stakeholder alignment, governance improvements, and reporting to enterprise leadership. It requires at least six years of program management experience, familiarity with enterprise IT domains, proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies, and experience in a remote, globally distributed environment.
