Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for Shipper Support based in London to lead process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. The role identifies systemic defects, analyzes shipper pain points and operational data, designs scalable processes and playbooks, owns improvement initiatives from problem identification through rollout, develops metrics and reporting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership teams. The position requires experience with data-driven improvement, program strategy and delivery, and program or project management; experience leading process improvements is preferred.
