Senior Program Manager, Expansion at Waymo

Waymo is hiring a full-time International Expansion Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that expand Waymo into new countries. The role owns the critical path for vehicle, software, regulatory, compliance, policy, external engagement, and partner readiness activities; coordinates internal and external teams; removes risks and dependencies; and keeps senior stakeholders aligned. It requires at least seven years of experience managing complex cross-functional programs, international expansion expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and process-scaling expertise. The position follows a hybrid schedule, includes occasional domestic or international travel, and offers a base salary of $190,000 to $234,000 USD across United States locations.
