Description
The Senior Program Manager for NAS Selection owns the end-to-end lifecycle and operational cadence of complex, cross-functional selection programs across North America Retail. The role coordinates six or more VP-level organizations, category teams, and technology partners; leads quarterly business reviews, sprint planning, strategic initiatives, process automation, metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication; and presents program outcomes to senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of program or project management experience, data and metrics expertise, automation or monitoring experience, and strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills. It is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
