Description
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end governance, buildout, and operational maturity of Citizens Global Capability Center during its Operate Phase. The role leads program roadmaps, operating-model consistency, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, talent and service delivery, financial and resource management, and continuous improvement across global and regional stakeholders. It requires a four-day-on-site, one-day-remote hybrid schedule in one of the listed organizational hubs, 10+ years of relevant program or shared-services experience, and a bachelor's degree; the salary is $175,000 to $250,000 per year plus potential incentive earnings.
