Description
The Senior Program Manager, GCC Transfer Phase leads the final stage of Citizens Global Capability Center transformation, executing the Build Operate Transfer of vendor-delivered services and resources into CFG India. The role owns the transfer roadmap, workforce and service transitions, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, change management, stabilization, and post-transfer optimization across multiple geographies. It requires at least 10 years of program or project management experience, including 7 years leading large-scale global transformation programs and direct GCC or BOT transfer experience. The position follows a four-day onsite hybrid schedule in one of eight listed Citizens hubs and pays $175,000 to $255,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus.
