Description
Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI-powered insights and analytics across its Global Real Estate and Facilities organization. The role will consolidate data and insight requirements, manage a small global vendor team, partner with Technology teams on data infrastructure and AI tooling, develop prioritization and measurement methodologies, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for employee workplace experience, cost optimization, and portfolio investment decisions. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
