Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Program Manager I - FlateLLite to serve as the program authority for high-volume satellite production. The role owns rate, yield, unit cost, and strategic program decisions from prototype maturity through qualification, full-rate production, and flight; leads multiple programs and cross-functional teams; manages suppliers and subcontracts; and supports commercial constellation operators. The position is based at Rocket Lab’s global headquarters in Long Beach, California, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, at least five years of program management experience, hardware-to-production experience, and U.S. citizenship with security-clearance eligibility. Base salary is $116,800–$160,600 USD, with total compensation of $137,075–$196,275 USD including equity.
