Dcode is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead high-priority defense-sector initiatives, major workstreams, and rapid-acquisition capabilities. The role translates strategic objectives into operating models and repeatable processes, advises client stakeholders, establishes governance and performance frameworks, manages contracts and delivery risk, and leads team members. Candidates need 5–7 years of relevant experience, including government-facing program leadership and DoD or federal client exposure, with an active TS clearance and eligibility for SCI access strongly preferred.
