Description
Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Program Manager II for its Space Systems team in Long Beach, California, to lead highly sensitive next-generation mission platforms from early prototype through qualification, responsive production, and flight. The role owns technical roadmap decisions, program P&L, cross-functional coordination across hardware/software/GNC/mission assurance, supplier and subcontract management, and customer engagement with U.S. Government national security programs. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree, 8+ years in aerospace/space, 5+ years in technical program management, deep expertise in at least one relevant technical domain, and active TS/SCI clearance.
