Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Inventory Control (Pharmacy) to oversee compliant pharmaceutical disposal, customer returns, waste handling, and inventory control within 503A pharmacy operations. The role develops SOPs, conducts audits and risk assessments, supports regulatory inspections, manages controlled-substance records, and partners with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, Compliance, Fulfillment, and Customer Service. It requires a PharmD or pharmacy bachelor’s degree, an active Arizona pharmacist license, and 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical inventory management experience, with hazardous-drug handling and physical-shift requirements.
