Boeing’s Experimental Systems Group in Seal Beach, California is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a proprietary software development project. The role manages program teams, schedules, earned-value baselines, contracts, costs, Agile and DevSecOps processes, customer and stakeholder relationships, and new-business proposals. It requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, at least 10 years of program or project management experience, and Agile software development experience. The position may require up to 25% domestic travel, is for the first shift, and offers a summary pay range of $218,450 to $295,550; Boeing does not sponsor employment visas.
