Description
Amazon Logistics Japan is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the technology development and operational integration of its Merchant Fulfilled Network first-mile pickup program in Japan. The role owns the technology roadmap, seller onboarding and label distribution, route planning integration, injection performance analysis, root-cause analysis, and end-to-end program execution across delivery stations, sort centers, fulfillment centers, global product teams, and seller-facing organizations. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, senior leadership communication experience, and fluent English; Japanese fluency and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
