Description
SB Energy is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Logistics Control Tower & Analytics to own supplier logistics readiness and run a dedicated Control Tower provider or team supporting domestic OFCI execution. The role maintains reconciled portfolio data, daily operating reviews, exception and action closure, KPI and data-quality reporting, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and provider performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs or logistics control towers, and hands-on experience with operational data, KPIs, requirements, and adoption. The role may span projects, suppliers, factories, warehouses, and construction sites, with site visits and coordination across time zones, and is based in Redwood City, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, or Austin, with US remote locations considered on a case-by-case basis.
