Heritage is hiring four Senior Program Managers, each supporting a different social, economic, or foreign policy Focus Area. The role leads strategic planning and execution, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and resources, tracks performance, and reports progress to the Focus Area Chair and Command Center. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience in program or project management, communications, public affairs, campaign operations, or a related field, and strong communication and program-management skills. The role offers health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement funding, paid leave, and a salary of $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
