Description

Superhuman is hiring a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale employee lifecycle programs across onboarding, performance management, engagement, manager enablement, recognition, and career pathing. The role focuses on designing, executing, measuring, and iterating repeatable programs; managing multiple initiatives in parallel; driving adoption and training; and partnering with People, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. The position uses a hybrid model and requires 5–7+ years of experience in People programs, HR/People operations, or a related field.

Additional Information
