Description

Torus is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Physical Security to own and evolve physical security programs across its manufacturing and critical infrastructure sites. The role develops security strategy, policies, SOPs, access controls, vulnerability assessments, guard-force and vendor programs, budgets, KPIs, and security investments while supporting NERC CIP compliance and coordination with cross-functional teams. It is based on-site or hybrid in Salt Lake City with regular presence at GigaOne, requires 8+ years of relevant experience, and offers $130,000–$160,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressive experience in physical security, security operations, or a related discipline, including multi-site or critical infrastructure/manufacturing exposure
Enterprise-level experience developing, implementing, and governing physical security policies, standards, and SOPs
Hands-on experience conducting and reviewing Physical Security Vulnerability Assessments and translating findings into remediation plans
Experience managing contract guard force programs, including MSA/SOW administration, vendor performance management, and KPI/SLA oversight
Knowledge of access control systems, role-based access models, and credentialing/badging platforms
Analytical experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, SLAs, financial performance, and operational metrics
Communication and influencing experience with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
CPP, PSP, or PMP certification
Experience in energy, utility, critical infrastructure, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with NERC CIP, OSHA, and other applicable physical security or safety frameworks
Experience managing security program budgets, including OpEx/CapEx planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience building business cases, ROI models, and multi-year capital plans for enterprise security programs
Experience standing up or scaling security programs at greenfield or rapidly expanding facilities
