Justworks is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Technology Program Management team to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Technology, and other business functions. The role owns programs from problem definition through execution, develops operating models and governance, partners with Product and Technology leaders, influences senior stakeholders, and uses data to measure outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading complex cross-functional work in a modern technology business, along with strong problem-solving, systems thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. The position is based in the New York City office with a targeted base salary of $166,000 to $214,000 per year.
